Our website is our catalog. We continuously add new items to our website and remove those which we have sold. Utilizing the web as our catalog allows us to quickly offer you new items of interest which we would be unable to do using a printed catalog.

  1. Do you have a retail store?

Our website is our retail store. We strive to keep our overheads – and our prices to you – as low as possible, and we believe we can maintain a larger variety of interesting and exclusive crafts by focusing on web sales. We do maintain a warehouse and ship ex-stock.

  1. How long will it take to get my order?

Most of our items typically ship out within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation of order and payment. For domestic orders we provide a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery through either UPS or the US Postal Service (please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information). Depending on your location, your items should arrive within approximately 1 week. For international orders we will provide you with the estimated time of delivery when we confirm the shipping method with you.

  1. Can I return the item if I don’t like it?

Yes. We accept returns unless they are for special orders (please refer to our Returns Policy for more information). Items that are returnable will incur a 10% restocking fee to process the return. Please do not return anything without obtaining authorization. To return your unwanted item(s) please contact us. No packages will be accepted without a RGA # clearly marked on the package. Any items returned without a RGA # will be refused.

  1. I am nervous about giving my credit card information over the Internet. Is it safe?

Our site utilizes an eBay Store platform for all online transactions and is 100% secure. Online payments for your items may be made by using PayPal (now owned by eBay) or Western Union's BidPay services, both of which employ state-of-the-art security and privacy procedures.

  1. Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, we sell wholesale to interior designers and others professionally associated with the crafts which we offer. We require you to complete an application form and provide other documentation prior to us providing any wholesale information. The additional documentation consists of a faxed copy of your company’s Federal Tax ID certificate or Business License explaining the type of business that you have, and your company letterhead or business card to verify your eligibility. For California businesses we require your Seller’s Permit number. Please visit our Wholesale Customers Page then fax us the completed documents.

  1. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we would be more than happy to expedite for you. Unfortunately we will not know the additional cost incurred until the items are packed and ready to be shipped. Please indicate in the comments box how you would like your order to be shipped and we will contact you with the appropriate rates. You may also use your own FedEx or UPS account to expedite shipping by providing us with the account number and the name on the account.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are more than happy to ship internationally. Once an order has been placed we will contact you by email with the appropriate shipping options and charges.

  1. Do I have to be registered with eBay in order to make a purchase?

Yes, ordinarily all purchases need to be through our eBay Store so that we can maintain accurate inventory control. If you are not already an eBay member you may register here. Wholesalers may contact us for specific arrangements.
