All items are subjected
to a thorough quality check prior to
shipment.
If an item is damaged during
shipping
you must notify us within three business days of receipt. We will
ship a
replacement at our expense upon return of the damaged item. If the item is
no longer available we will issue a credit. Prior to
shipping
back any item(s) we must be contacted to
obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Important Notes and
Restrictions
Please do not return an item without prior
authorization. Returns must have an RGA number clearly marked on the
package. No credit(s) will be
issued without this number.
Refunds will not be available if a product has been
damaged or altered in any way prior to returning.
Make certain to use the original packaging when
returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition as it was
when you received it. Please use
delivery
confirmation and/or a
tracking number
for your return
shipment, and insure
it if possible.
