You have ten days from
the date of receipt to return any item(s) in their original condition and
packaging. You will be credited the full amount less any
shipping
and handling fees, and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be
deducted from your refund. Please
contact us
prior to returning any items to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
number.
Important Notes and
Restrictions
Please do not return an item without prior
authorization. Returns must have an RGA number clearly marked on the
package. No credit(s) will be
issued without this number.
Refunds will not be available if a product has been
damaged or altered in any way prior to returning.
Make certain to use the original packaging when
returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition as it was
when you received it. Please use
delivery
confirmation and/or a
tracking number
for your return
shipment, and insure
it if possible.
As a
safeguard against potential abuse, Cultural Artifacts reserves the right to
deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be an excessive
number of returns.
