Policies - Shipping
  1. Most orders ship by US Postal Service Parcel Post. We use Delivery Confirmation and provide you with the tracking number. Our objective is to ship orders the same or next business day after payment.

  2. Bulky items ship by UPS Ground Service. We provide you with the tracking number and scheduled delivery date. Note: UPS will not ship to a PO Box.

  3. Expedited shipping is available upon request at the customer’s expense.

  4. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam or Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping and handling fees. You will be contacted with these charges.

  5. Overseas orders are very welcome. Once an order has been placed you will be contacted by email with the appropriate shipping options and charges. Please do not ask us to under-value shipments for customs clearance purposes.  

  6. For shipping rates other than USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground please  contact us for a quotation.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise

All orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If an item is missing or is received damaged please contact us by email or fax within three business days. We will ship any missing item(s) immediately after verifying our records. Damaged items will be handled within our replacements policy.

Please Note:

A fee* will be applied to an order if:

  1. An incorrect address was provided by the customer and the shipment was returned as undeliverable.

  2. An invalid address was provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge by UPS. Such errors might include, but are not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country; typographical errors; transposed digits.

  3. A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of a package.

  4. An APO or FPO address was provided as the shipping address.

  5. A PO box was provided as the shipping address (does not apply to US Postal Service shipments).

*The fee will consist of a $5.00 handling charge in addition to any applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the package(s). Please note that there is no charge for address changes made prior to order shipment.
